- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation method:
First, with the oven preheated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Then, in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar until liquefied and golden brown. Now carefully spoon the hot syrup into a 9-inch round glass baking dish, turning the baking sheet to evenly coat the bottom and sides; set aside.
Then, in a large bowl, beat the eggs in. Add condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spoon egg mixture into baking dish; cover with foil.
