Buffalo Chicken Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
- ¾ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot®)
- 1 bunch celery, cut into 4-inch pieces
- 1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation method:
Let’s start by picking up all the necessary ingredients.
Then, in a skillet over medium heat, heat the chicken and chili sauce about 3 to 5 minutes. Now mix in the ranch dressing and cream cheese. Let cook and stir until well blended and hot, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
Then stir in 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese and place the mixture into a slow cooker. We will sprinkle on top with the rest of the cheese.
Finally, over low heat, cover and simmer until sauce is hot and bubbly, approximately 35 minutes.
It is Ready to Serve with celery sticks and crackers.
