- 4 eggs
- β teaspoon salt

First start by cracking the eggs into a microwave-proof bowl. After that, put the milk and salt; mix well.
After that put the bowl in the microwave and cook on high power for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl, beat the eggs very well, scraping the sides of the bowl and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds.
