Roasted Brussels Sprouts Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and yellow leaves removed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation method:
First heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
After that place the already chopped brussels sprouts, olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Then seal tightly and shake to coat.
After that, pour it into a baking dish and place it on the center rack of the oven.
Then bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, shaking the tin every 5 to 7 minutes to brown evenly. Thereafter reduce the heat as necessary to avoid burns.
