Jello pave with pineapple Ingredients:
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- • 1 can of whey-free milk cream
- • 1 box of powdered pineapple flavor gelatin
- • 1 cup (tea) of hot water
- • 2 pineapple-flavored ready-made cakes
- • 1 can of chopped pineapple in syrup (reserve the syrup)
- • 3 tablespoons of minced mint
- • Pineapple slices and mint leaves to decorate
Preparation method:
1. Beat the condensed milk with the cream in a blender until it forms a cream. 2. Mix pineapple gelatin with hot water until dissolved. Join the blender cream and beat for another 1 minute. 3. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until slightly set. 4. To assemble, in a medium refractory, layer the pineapple cream, the cake soaked in the reserved syrup and the pineapple mixed with chopped mint, ending up in cream. 5. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until firm. Decorate with a few pieces of pineapple and mint leaves and serve.
