The rice pudding Ingredients:
- 2 cans of cooked condensed milk (790 g)
- 2 cups of uncooked rice
- 1 bottle of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 100 g of shredded coconut
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 500 ml of water
- Cinnamon sticks and cloves to taste
Preparation method:
Remove the labels from the cans of condensed milk and place the sealed cans in a pressure cooker with enough water to cover them halfway and a little vinegar.
Close the pressure cooker and cook over low heat, letting it cook under pressure for 50 minutes. Set aside.
In a pot, add the unwashed rice with the milk and water. Also add cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is well cooked and the liquid is smooth.
Add the coconut milk, shredded coconut, and condensed milk to cook together. If necessary, add water or milk if you prefer a creamier rice pudding.
