Banana Bread Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 ⅓ cups mashed overripe bananas

Preparation method:

First, we will preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Now take a 9×5 inch loaf pan, and lightly grease it.

Then, in a large bowl, mix together the baking soda, flour, and salt. Next, in an electric mixer in a separate large bowl, we will beat the brown sugar and butter until smooth.

Then mix in the mashed banana and eggs until well blended. After that, add the banana mixture to the flour mixture until it is a homogeneous mixture. Now, using the prepared loaf pan, pour the batter.

Finally, bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, insert a toothpick in the center when it comes out clean, and it is ready. Finish by leaving about 10 minutes in the pan, let the bread cool, then place it on a rack to cool completely, it’s ready to enjoy.
