Banana cake Ingredients:

• Bananas
• 2 cups flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 3 tablespoons of cocoa
• 3 cups of milk
• 3 tablespoons of corn starch
• 3 tablespoons of flour
• 1 tablespoon vanillin
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2 cup of sugar

• 80g chocolate
• 200 ml of whipped cream
• 1 cup of cold milk

Preparation method:

First, we will beat the sugar with the eggs, add the vanilla, milk, vegetable oil. Now whisk, add the cocoa, flour, and baking powder.

Then bake for about 25 minutes at 180 °C/350 °F. Then cool the cake, and gently with a knife cut off the top of the cake, leaving a few centimeters away from the edges.

Next, mix all the ingredients for the cream together, place over a low heat to thicken. As soon as it has thickened, turn off the heat, add the vanillin and the butter. Now let the cream cool down.

Finally, in a bowl cook the whipped cream, beat a glass of milk with a bag of whipped cream. Finish by mixing with the cream, grind the chocolate.
