Ingredients:

• 4 pounds of beef brisket
• 1/3 cup homemade or store-bought chicken breast
• 1/2 cup of beef broth
• 2 cups store-bought or homemade barbecue sauce, divided use
• cooking spray

Method of preparation:

First Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Cover the meat with the brisket. Coat a roasting pan large enough to hold the meat with cooking spray. Pour the meat broth into the bottom of the pan.

Then put the meat on the plate. Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over top.

Then cover the plate tightly with aluminum foil. Roast for 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

Now remove the meat from the plate and place on a baking sheet greased with cooking spray. Brush 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over breast.

Then broil for 3-5 minutes or until caramelized. Watch carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Finally let the meat rest for 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices against the grain and serve with the remaining barbecue sauce.
