Blender Prestige pudding, very easy

Blender Prestige pudding

Prestige pudding Ingredients:

  • 1 bar of chopped milk chocolate, 3.17 ounces or (90g)
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
  • 7 ounces of heavy cream or (200g)
  • 1 can of condensed milk (395ml)
  • 1 small bottle of coconut milk (400ml)
  • 3.52 ounces or (100g) of shredded coconut

Preparation method:

First, in a blender, add the milk, coconut milk, heavy cream, condensed milk, and the dissolved and hydrated unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions. To achieve a smooth cream, blend all the ingredients well.

Next, grease a central hole cake pan with oil. Place a portion of the chopped milk chocolate at the bottom of the pan, followed by half of the blended mixture. Distribute some more chopped chocolate (reserving a little for the final decoration) and then pour the remaining cream mixture over it. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

After this time, carefully remove the pudding from the pan and sprinkle the remaining reserved chopped chocolate on top.

Finally, it’s ready! Serve and indulge in your fantastic chilled Prestige pudding!
