chicken casserole Ingredients:

• 1 cup of milk
• 2 10oz cans of cream of chicken soup
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tbsp of minced garlic
• 2 cups of cooked egg noodles
• 2 cups of chicken, cooked and shredded
• 2 cups of corn (you can use fresh, frozen, or canned)
• ½ cup of shredded cheese (I use cheddar, but any cheese will do)
• ¾ cup of french-fried onions
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

We’ll start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, with cooking spray, grease a 9 by 13 baking pan.

Then using a medium bowl, mix together the cooked egg noodles, onion, corn, milk, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, garlic, cheese, if you like you can add more cheese, bacon and add salt and pepper to taste.

Then pour the chicken mixture into the greased pan.

Finally, when the oven is preheated, place the pan in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

Then take it out of the oven and, while it’s still hot, serve this delicious dish.
