Chocolate chip cookies Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 c flour
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 c mashed bananas
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

OPTIONAL

• 1/2 c mini chocolate chips
• 1/2 c walnuts, chopped

Preparation method:

We will start in a small frying pan, to heat the butter until it turns brown and smells nutty. Now remove from the heat and add the white and yellow sugars. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Then pour into a large bowl and add the vanilla and egg.

Then mix in the sour cream and banana. Now in a separate bowl mix the baking soda, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix with the banana mixture, if desired add the chocolate chips and nuts. Then choose your own additions, you can also use caramel pieces, raisins, nuts, etc.

Finally, place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, now using cookie trays 2 inches apart, drop a 1-inch ball of dough and place in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 10 to 13 minutes or until the edges are brown.
