2 spoons of cocoa powder
2 spoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon hazelnut flavored instant coffee powder (optional)
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup of milk
2 teaspoons honey, or to taste

method of preparation:

First mix cocoa powder, brown sugar and instant coffee powder in a bowl; stir until no lumps remain. After that fold the chia seeds into the mixture. Then pour the milk into the bowl and stir to incorporate; let the mixture sit for a few minutes before stirring again. After that repeat resting and stirring a few times over 20 minutes.

Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours overnight.
