Churros Ingredients:

1 cup of water
2 ½ tablespoons of white sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
2 spoons of vegetable oil
1 cup wheat flour
2 liters of oil for frying
½ cup white sugar or to taste
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation method:

First combine water, 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. After that, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the flour, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.

Then heat the frying oil in a fryer or deep pan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Transfer the dough into a sturdy pastry bag fitted with a medium star tip. after that carefully drop a few 5-6 inch strips of dough into the hot oil; work in batches so as not to overload the fryer. Then cook until golden; use a spider or slotted spoon to transfer churros to paper towels to drain.

After that combine 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon. Finally pass the drained churros in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
