Ingredients for Classic Peanut Butter Cookies:

1 full cup of brown sugar
2 ½ cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon powdered yeast
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup crunchy peanuts
1 cup white sugar
2 big eggs
1 cup unsalted butter
1 ½ teaspoons of baking soda

Method of preparation:

First beat the butter, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth; beat in the eggs.

After that sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a separate bowl; stir into butter mixture until dough is combined. Then chill the cookie dough in the fridge for 1 hour.

After that preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Then roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. After that flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
