mango ice cream Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cupsmango puree (from 4 to 5 mangos)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Preparation method:
First peel and slice the mangoes. After that put it in the blender and beat until it forms a puree; measure 1 1/2 cup puree; set aside. Then refrigerate the remaining puree for another use.
Then beat the cream and sugar with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. After that reduce the mixer speed to low and mix the mango puree.
After that pour into Ninja® CREAMi™ containers or a freezer bowl. Then freeze for 24 hours if using Ninja® CREAMi™ or 8 hours or overnight if freezing in a container.
Then following the manufacturer’s instructions, insert the half liter container into the outer bowl of the Ninja® CREAMi™. After that press the “Ice Cream” button. Finally, if freezing in a container, remove from the freezer and let sit for 8-10 minutes or until soft enough to scoop.
