• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 6 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed

Preparation method:

We’ll start by filling a large pot about 3/4 full of water and bring to a boil. Then mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Then gently place the corn on the cob in boiling water, now cover the pan, turn off the heat and let the corn cook in the hot water until tender, approximately 10 minutes.
