Cream Cheese Cranberry Loaf Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 18 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation method:
First preheat the oven to 350º F. Then lightly grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or butter.
After that, use a mixer and mix the butter, cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla.
Now in a separate bowl, mix the baking soda, flour and salt. Then, once combined, slowly mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Then make sure you stir until they are completely combined.
After that you’ll now want to gently fold in the cranberries before pouring your mixture into the prepared baking dish.
