Roasted Brussels Sprouts Ingredients:
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and yellow leaves removed
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation method:
First preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Then place the chopped Brussels sprouts, olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. After that close well and shake to coat.
Now place on a baking sheet and place on the center rack of the oven.
Then bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, shaking the tin every 5 to 7 minutes to brown evenly. After that lower the heat when necessary to avoid burns. Then take the brussels sprouts they should turn dark brown, almost black, when done. Finally, adjust the seasoning with kosher salt, if necessary.
