2 big eggs
2 cups of wheat flour
1 ¾ cups of milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation method:

first preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

After that beat the eggs in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Then put the flour, milk and vegetable oil and mix. Whisk in the sugar, then whisk in the yeast, salt, and vanilla until smooth, being careful not to overmix.
