Hashbrown Chicken Casserole Ingredients:

  • 2 C. Sour cream
  • ½ C. Canned corn drained
  • 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
  • 2 lb. Southern style frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. Frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 C. Shredded chicken
  • ⅓ C. Milk
  • 2 C. Bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Then, place the hashbrowns at the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Now mix all the remaining ingredients, just don’t put the bread crumbs in.

Then place in a large bowl and mix until well combined.

Then pour the mixture over the hashbrowns. Now with the breadcrumbs, cover the casserole and place in the oven for about 1 hour.

It is ready to be served.
