Pumpkin Bread Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

Preparation method:

To start, begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Take two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans and grease and flour them.

Next, take a large bowl and whisk together the following ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water, and sugar. Mix them together until well blended.

Now, gradually stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until everything is well blended. Then put the dough into the prepared bread pans.

Lastly, bake the loaves for approximately 50 minutes in the preheated oven. To check if they’re done, insert a toothpick into the center of the loaves. When you take it out, if it comes out clean, then the buns are ready.

Once baked, your delicious pumpkin bread is ready to be served.
