Flan Prestige Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- 1 small glass of coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons grated coconut
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin, hydrated in 5 tablespoons of water, in a bain-marie
Syrup:
- 1 semisweet chocolate bar (or milk, to your liking)
- 1 box of cream
Preparation method:
Blend condensed milk, cream, coconut milk, grated coconut and gelatin in a blender. Pour into a shape of your choice. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream, remove the fan and cover with the syrup and decorate with grated coconut.
