Garlic and lemon scallops Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 pounds large sea scallops
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper

Preparation method:

First, in a large skillet over medium heat we will melt the butter, now mix in the garlic and cook a few seconds until fragrant.

Then, arrange the scallops in a single layer in the skillet; cook until browned on one side, approximately 2 minutes. Turn the scallops using tongs and continue to cook until firm and opaque, about 2 minutes more.

So let’s put the scallops on a platter, reserving the butter in the skillet.
