  • 1 cup whole-milk Greek yogurt

Preparation method:

We’ll start by beating the dough into a rough 9 x 7 inch rectangle. cut into 8 equal parts. Then lightly flour each piece, and flatten into a semi-rectangular shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Then, in a large skillet, lightly grease and place over medium heat. Place 1 or 2 of the flattened dough pieces into the skillet. Then let them cook until they start to bubble and brown, about 2 to 4 minutes. Now turn and cook for another 2 to 4 minutes.
