Fruit Salad Mousse Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped pineapple
  • 5 cups of water (tea)
  • 3 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 1 mango in cubes
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 chopped kiwis
  • 2 boxes of powdered pineapple flavored gelatin
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup (tea) whipped cream

Preparation method:

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the pineapple, water, and sugar. Cook for approximately 15 minutes.

Drain the mixture and set aside 500ml of the syrup. Place the drained pineapple into a medium-sized baking dish along with the other fruits and set aside.

While the syrup is still hot, dissolve the gelatin in it. Wait for it to cool down and then blend it together with the cream and condensed milk until it becomes smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and fold in the whipped cream gently with a spoon.

Combine the mousse with the fruit mixture gently, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious flavors of this fruity mousse!
