Ingredients for Potato Lasagna with White Sauce

  • 600g of potato
  • salt to taste
  • 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna pasta (500g)
  • 200g of sliced ham
  • 200g sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 50g grated parmesan cheese

White sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 6 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 can of cream
  • Salt, pepper and grated nutmeg to taste

Preparation method:
