  • 700 ml of warm water
  • 1 packet of dry yeast (10 g)
  • 8 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch

Preparation method:

In a blender, put the oil, warm water, yeast, and sugar, and blend well. In a large bowl, put the flour and gradually pour the blender mixture, mixing after each addition.

When the dough starts to get heavier, add the salt and begin mixing with your hands. Transfer the dough to a clean and cornstarch-dusted countertop and knead well until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Shape the dough into a ball and cover it in the bowl with a clean and damp cloth. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
