Lime pie with 5 Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
  • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Preparation method:

We’ll start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Then, in a bowl, mix the lime juice, condensed milk, sour cream and lime zest, stir and mix well. Then, using a baking tray, pour in the graham cracker crust, place the pie.

Then, for about 5 to 8 minutes, bake in the preheated oven until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pie. The filling should now be jiggling, but not browned.
