In a high-speed electric whip, whisk together eggs, vanilla, oil, milk, and sugar until well combined. Quickly add baking powder, salt, and flour to the mixture and mix again until everything is well blended.
Divide the mixture into two parts. To one part, add cocoa and a spoonful of milk, stirring well until fully combined.
Prepare the baking tray by greasing it with oil and dusting it with flour. Spread half of the white mixture evenly on the bottom of the tray.
Randomly spoon dollops of the cocoa mixture onto the white mixture, then gently swirl the two mixtures together. Repeat this step with the remaining white and cocoa mixtures.
Bake the cake at 180 °F (82 °C) for approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
