Meat Loaf Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds of ground beef
1 egg
1 chopped onion
1 cup of milk
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
⅓ cup ketchup
2 spoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Preparation method:

First preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). After that lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

After that mix the ground beef, onion, milk, breadcrumbs and egg in a large bowl; then season with salt and pepper. After that transfer to the prepared bread form.

Then mix the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl until well blended; pour over the meatloaf and spread it evenly over the top.

Finally bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour.
