Butter Pasta Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz) package of fettuccine pasta
- 6 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
First, gather all the ingredients.
After that fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a boil.
After that stir in the fettuccine, bring to a boil and cook the pasta over medium heat until tender but firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes.
Now drain and return the pasta to the pan.
Finally mix the butter, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into the dough until smooth.
