Chocolate cake Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups butter, softened
- 3 cups white sugar
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation method:
We’ll start with the oven preheated to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Now take a 10-inch Bundt pan, and grease and flour it.
Then mix the cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Leave reserved.
Next, using a large bowl, we will beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Then beat the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla. Beat the flour mixture well alternately with the buttermilk and the dissolved coffee. Now put the dough in the prepared form.
Finally, in the preheated oven, bake for about 60 to 70 minutes, or insert a toothpick in the center of the cake. A clean skirt is ready.
Finish by leaving it in the mold for 20 minutes until it cools down, then you can unmold it on a wire rack and let it cool completely.
