Baked sweet potato Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar (more if you want it sweeter)
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• pinch of ground ginger
• sea salt to taste

Preparation method:

We’ll start with the oven heated to 350 degrees. Then coat a small baking sheet with cooking spray. Now we’ll peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes and place them on a baking sheet.

Then, in the microwave, melt the butter, and with olive oil we’ll drizzle the potatoes, cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Now add more sugar or cinnamon to taste.

Finally, cook the sweet potatoes in the oven for about 60 minutes, turning once or twice as they bake, and you’re done.
