Braised meat Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ½ cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation method:

Firstly, we must assemble all the essential ingredients.

Then in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil, cook and stir the meat about 3 to 4 minutes until browned.

Then transfer the meat to the side of the wok and place broccoli, carrots, peppers, green onions and garlic in the center of the wok. Now cook, stirring, the vegetables for about 2 minutes.
