Butter Pecan Cookies Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
7 tablespoons. unsalted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Pecan halves at the top of each cookie

Preparation method:

First let your oven preheat to 350 °C and with baking paper cover 2 baking trays.

Then, using an electric mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar, mix well until slightly creamy.

Then add the vanilla extract and eggs, and beat again for about 2 minutes. Now immediately put in the baking soda, flour, salt and mix until well combined.

Then when ready, add the balls, using a medium spatula, onto the prepared baking paper and on top of each cookie place half a pecan.

Finally, bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy this delicious treat.
