Rice Casserole Ingredients:

½ cup long grain white rice
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

First, break up the ground beef in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Let it cook and stir until evenly browned.

Then remove the excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, tomatoes and uncooked rice. Now cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender, about 15 minutes.
