Lemon Bundt Cake Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup poppy seeds
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs

Preparation method:

We will start by soaking the poppy seeds in milk for about 2 hours.

In an oven already preheated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Then, in a 10-inch Bundt pan, grease and flour it.

Then using a large bowl, we will mix the cake mix and the pudding mix. Make a hole in the center and pour in the water, oil and eggs.

Then beat on low speed until blended. Scrape down the bowl and beat for about 4 minutes on medium speed. Now let’s mix the poppy seed mixture. Pour the dough into the prepared form.

Finally, place in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, insert a toothpick in the center of the cake, come out clean and at the right point, let it cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
