Tennessee onions Ingredients:

• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• 3 to 4 Sweet Vidalia onions
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp Oregano
• ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Preparation method:

We will first preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Using a non-stick spray spray a 9×13 baking dish.

Then slice the onion into ¼ inch rounds, we will separate the onion rings.

Now spread the rings in the baking dish, then sprinkle the onion rings with oregano, garlic powder and salt.

Next, cut the butter into 8 slices, and on top of the onion and spices, place the butter evenly.

Then, over the entire surface, sprinkle the cheddar cheese and Italian cheese. Finally, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.

Finally, place in the oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, until the cheese begins to bubble and brown.
