Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • 3 pounds baby back ribs, trimmed
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation method:

First start by seasoning the ribs with salt and pepper.

After that pour 1/2 cup of water into the slow cooker and add the ribs. Then spread the onion and garlic over it. After that cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours.

Then when the ribs are almost done, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

After that, shift the ribs from the slow cooker to a baking sheet; discard the onion and garlic. After that cover the ribs with the barbecue sauce.

Finally, bake the ribs in the preheated oven until the sauce caramelizes and sticks to the meat, 10 to 15 minutes.
