Fried Pork Ribs Ingredients:
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
Method of preparation:
First, do not dry the chops, as the spices and flour will stick together.
After that season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper and dust both sides with flour. After that use the back of a spoon to distribute the flour across the surface.
Then heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering. After that carefully lay out the pork chops and fry until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Next, do not disturb the chops until ready to flip.
After that when you notice the edges of the chops are brown, flip and fry the other side until no longer pink on the inside and brown on the outside, another 4 minutes. Thereafter using an instant read thermometer inserted into the center it should indicate 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). finally reduce the heat if they are browning too quickly. Then serve hot.
