Baked Haddock Ingredients:
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground dried thyme
- 4 haddock fillets
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation method:
We’ll start with preheating the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
Then, using a small bowl, mix together the milk and salt. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and thyme. Place the haddock fillets in a glass baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
Finish by placing in the preheated oven on the top rack and bake until the fish flakes easily, which usually takes about 15 minutes.
