Flourless cornmeal cake Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ glass (cream cheese container) of oil
  • 1 glass (cream cheese container) of warm milk
  • 1 glass (cream cheese container) of sugar
  • 1 ½ glass (cream cheese container) of cornmeal
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 25 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation method:

Add the lemon juice to the milk and mix well, then set it aside. This process will curdle the milk and give a special flavor to the cake.

Put the eggs, salt, and oil in a blender, followed by the sugar, sour milk, and cornmeal. Blend for 30 seconds, then add the grated cheese and continue blending for a bit.
