Tuna Patties Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons diced onion
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 10 tablespoons Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained

Preparation method:

We will use a bowl, we will beat the eggs and lemon juice to mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese to make a paste. So now fold in the tuna and onion until well combined; season with black pepper.

We will then use our hands to shape the tuna mixture into 8 patties (1 inch thick).

Finally, in a skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Now let’s fry the burgers in the hot oil until golden, about 5 minutes on each side.
