Tzatziki Sauce Ingredients:

• 2 medium cucumbers
• 1 (16 oz) plain Greek yogurt
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
• ½ medium lemon, squeezed
• salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method:

First, gather all the ingredients.

After that peel cucumbers; remove the seeds with a spoon. Then grate the cucumber on the large holes of a box grater and squeeze to drain excess liquid.

Then in a food processor, blend the cucumber with Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. After that mix until smooth.

Finally serve immediately or for best flavor cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
