Cheese bread pie Ingredients:

200g unsalted butter
1 can of condensed milk
1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
3 tablespoons of water
1 can of cream
1 pack of strawberry shortcake biscuits (160g)
Strawberries to decorate

Roof:

1 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 tablespoons Nesquik® strawberry-flavored chocolate powder

Preparation method:

In the mixer, beat the butter and add the condensed milk in a stream, without stopping beating, until it forms a whitish cream. Add the gelatin sprinkled in the water and dissolved in a bain-marie and the cream, beating after each addition. 

In a 22 cm diameter mold with removable rim, place the cookies around the mold lined with plastic wrap, then carefully pour the cream and refrigerate for 4 hours. 

In a pan, place the topping ingredients and lead to medium fire, stirring until it starts to disgrace from the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat, let cool. 

Unmold the pie, remove the plastic, spread the frosting, decorate with strawberries and serve.
